Guests who develop symptoms of Covid-19 or are asymptomatic and declare the need to self-isolate, must check-out of our property immediately and return home to self-isolate in accordance to current government guidelines. If for any reason they are unable to return home and need to extend their stay with us they must self-isolate for 14 days in their room only. Linen will be delivered to the door of the room however nothing can be removed until after the guests departure. The room will then be sealed off for 72 hours before being deep cleaned. Guests will also be expected to pay for this extra stay including the 72 hour sealed off period at our current daily rate.

Our Safety Measures

Our business has followed government and industry Covid-19 guidelines, has a risk assessment in place and a process to maintain cleanliness between our guests.

All staff have undertaken additional Covid-19 training to prepare us for the re-opening.

You're room has been deep cleaned and disinfected for your arrival.

Staff are wearing appropriate PPE, gloves, masks and aprons as prescribed by government regulations.

We have regular hand washing procedures in place for our staff.

There has been no other guests staying in your room within the last 24 hours.

The room has been aired prior to your arrival.

We have taken particular care to disinfect Door Handles, Remote Controls, Light Switches and all other touch surfaces.

Our linen is sanitised at high temperatures

We advise our guests to wear face-masks in the public areas of the building if appropriate.
